Do you charge for phone calls?

No. All local phone calls (entire island of Oahu) are free. You must use a calling card to call long distance, except that the Nani Kai Hale (Beautiful Beach House) does have a complimentary VOIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) phone with free long distance and international calling.
