The Ko'olani Kai “Tranquil Sea” is a direct ocean & beachfront vacation rental home on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers breathtaking ocean & mountain views from every room. This spacious (1200+ sf living area) air-conditioned 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex vacation home features a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops with full size stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room which allows this vacation rental to accommodate up to 8 guests, in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four - you'll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs. The master bedroom has wrap-around ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel. All areas of the home have ceiling fans and individually controlled ultra-quite mini-split air conditioning, however they are rarely necessary as this vacation home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around.

Enjoy relaxing on your direct ocean front deck which opens up to the blue South Pacific ocean only 20 feet away. Your oceanside deck area has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Come enjoy your Hawaii vacation directly on the beach with this North Shore oceanfront vacation home.

Holiday Rates: We charge a flat rate of $2,299.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $4,599.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

Other Fees & Details:

All rates quoted are based upon four (4) person occupancy and are charged based upon the numberof nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. No exceptions.

Minimum requirement for Christmas & New Year's is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over four (4) person occupancy up to a maximum of eight (8) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation home. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.

Add a one-time, non-refundable, $125.00 cleaning fee to all reservations, a facilities fee of $14.99 per day and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $19.99.

State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is currently 13.962% (charged on rent) and State of Hawaii General Excise Tax on Oahu is currently 4.712% (charged on services, not including rent).
