The Ko’olani Lani “Tranquil Balcony” is our 4 bedroom/2 bathroom two-story beach front vacation rental home with unparalleled views of Hauula Bay and the Ko’olau Mountains. Enjoy the amazing 400 square foot private lanai with wrap around ocean & mountain views. This home, perfect for accommodating large families or groups, is tastefully designed with travertine floors throughout and beautiful marble granite countertops in each of its two kitchens!

The downstairs area of the beach house is a very large & spacious (1200+ sf living area) air-conditioned area with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It features a recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, full-size stove/range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare complete home-cooked meals. The kitchen opens to the living area with a convenient breakfast bar/nook. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There are two queen size sleeper sofas in the living room in addition to a dining area with mahogany dinner table & seating for four - you'll love the hand carved pineapple dining chairs. The master bedroom has wrap-around ocean & mountain views and is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture with a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed. The second bedroom also has a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel.

The upstairs part of the home, which is connected via a covered stairwell, is a very large air-conditioned (by mini-split) area (1200+ sf living area) with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that enjoys dramatic views of the entire Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains from its expansive (400+sf) private oceanfront lanai "balcony." The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys wrap-around breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon, two recliners, and a plantation chair in the living room which is adjacent to the Kitchen & dining area featuring a teak dining table & seating for four. The upstairs also has a completely remodeled kitchen and bath with granite countertops, stainless steel stove/range, built-in microwave, full size fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare a complete meal. The first bedroom has great ocean, mountain, & garden views and features a teak & bamboo King size bedroom set. The 2nd bedroom has tranquil garden views and enjoys a queen size extra plus pillow top bed. All areas of the home have ceiling fans and individually controlled mini-split air-conditioning, however they are rarely necessary as this home enjoys wonderful tropical breezes year around. The spacious and airy Ko’olani Lanai is by far our most popular home and the perfect place to relax "Hawaiian Style."

Enjoy relaxing on your direct oceanfront outside patio or in chaise lounge chairs on your own private & expansive oceanfront lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Hauula Bay & Koolau Mountains. Your private lanai also has an outdoor dining table with seating for six. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Relax in beach-side chaise lounge chairs or watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man hot tub just steps away. Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Come enjoy your Hawaii vacation directly on the beach with this North Shore oceanfront vacation rental home.

Holiday Rates: We charge a flat rate of $3,999.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $7,998.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

Other Fees & details:

All rates quoted are based upon eight (8) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. No exceptions.

Minimum requirement for Christmas & New Year's is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over eight (8) person occupancy up to a maximum of fourteen (14) people, including children over 1 year of age.

Two (2) covered parking stalls are included with the rent. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure onlina resrvations system.

Add a one-time, non-refundable, cleaning fee of $250.00 to all reservations, a facilities fee of $14.99 per day, and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $24.99.

Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax (charged on rent) is currently 13.962%. State of Hawaii General Excise Tax (charged on services, other than rent) is currently 4.712%.
