The Lanikeha “Legendary Part of Heaven” is a direct oceanfront vacation rental on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii and offers impressive views from one end of Hauula bay to the other with the beautiful Koolau Mountains beyond. This rental is a spacious (1,000+ sf living area) one bedroom, one bath duplex home with porcelain tile & marble floors throughout. The Lanikeha features a complete and open kitchen with a granite top bar, stove/range, microwave, fridge, and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare complete meals. The adjacent dining area has a table & seating for four. The living area, with the feel of a tropical atrium, is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room which allows this vacation rental to accommodate up to 4 guests, in addition to a separate conversation area with seating for four. The bedroom area is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture and a new Sealy pillow-top queen size mahogany sleigh bed. The bath features marble floors, double washbasins, a bathtub/shower combination, and a unique moss rock wall enclosure. The bedroom area, in addition to having ultra quiet mini-split air conditioning, has a tropical ceiling fan although it is rarely needed as this suite enjoys cool ocean breezes year around.

Enjoy relaxing on the direct ocean front decks which open up to the blue South Pacific Ocean only 20 feet away. Your private deck area has an outdoor dining table with seating for four overlooking the ocean. There is plenty of area for sunbathing on the beach or on the grassy yard. Watch spectacular sunrises while soaking in a six man sunk-in hot tub (in adjacent oceanfront deck). Stroll down the beach to the Hauula beach park and coral preserve for some great snorkeling and swimming or take our ocean kayaks out for some adventure. Close by are world famous North Shore attractions such as the Hauula hiking trails & preserve, Polynesian Cultural Center, Turtle Bay Resort & Golf, Brigham Young University, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, Kualoa Ranch and the last unspoiled "Hawaiian" style towns on Oahu. Holiday Rates: We charge a flat rate of $1,699.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $3,398.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.

Other Fees & Details:

All rates quoted are based upon two (2) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.

Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights. No exceptions.

Minimum requirement for Christmas & New Year's is 7 nights.

Minimum requirement for Thanksgiving, Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over two (2) person occupancy up to a maximum of four (4) people, including children over 1 year of age.

One (1) parking stall is provided per vacation rental Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.

Add a one-time, non-refundable, $100.00 cleaning fee to all reservations, a facilities fee of $9.99 per day and a one-time, non-refundable reservation fee of $14.99.

State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is currently 13.962% (charged on rents) and State of Hawaii General Excise Tax on Oahu is currenlty 4.962% (charged on services, not including rent).
