TERMS & CONDITIONS of our March 2010 special discount vacation rentals: We reserve the right to discontinue this promotion at any time and until confirmed, the rates and terms of the promotion are subject to change. The discount will be applied only to NEW reservations taken after February 23, 2010. If you reserved one of the above vacation rentals prior to February 23, 2010 for the month of March 2010 the discount will NOT be applied retroactively, no exceptions. For resevations during the month of March 2010, or beginning during the month of March 2010 we will discount your daily rate as calculated by our booking system, before taxes, 10% before we confrim and process your deposit. If you book a vacation rental beginning in March 2010 and it extends into the month of April 2010 the discount will apply to all days booked, including in the month of April 2010. We are pleased to offer the following discounts on our oceanfront vacation rentals to guests who qualify:
Military Discount: Active and Retired. Copy of Military Identification required to receive the 5% discount. Name on Reservation must match name on Military ID.
Repeat Guest Discount: For all guests who have stayed with us in the past and are coming to visit us again, we offer to you a special 5% discount for choosing to be our guest again!
Last-Minute Discount: For those guests who are looking to take a last-minute escape reservation and book a reservation less than 10 nights away, we offer a 5% discount. Discount only given to reservations booking dates of stay 10 or less nights away, no exceptions.
Advance Reservation: For those guests who plan ahead we want to reward you with a 5% discount. This discount applies to all reservations booked more than 160 days in advance.
AAA Member Discount: Are you a member of AAA? If so, take off an additional 5% with proof.
Please note: the discounts above may be combined, including with seasonal or other discounts, however no combination of discounts may exceed 10%, unless specified herein.
Discounts, other than for length of stay, must be modified by us AFTER we receive your reservation request, therefore don't be alarmed if your reservation request/invoice shows an amount without these discounts. To have these discounts applied you must either email or call us after you submit your reservation request as they will not be applied automatically.
